DLT Roofing Services
DLT Roofing Services is run by Victor M Garcia, working across Bloomington–Normal & Central Illinois — within 60 miles of Normal. Roofing is the lead trade: full replacement and repair, tear-off to finished ridge. Alongside it come siding, electrical work, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, drywall, painting and vinyl flooring.
Most of what decides whether a roof lasts is not visible from the ground. The decking under the shingles, the flashing where the roof meets a wall, the way the valleys were detailed — those are what a roof fails at, and none of them can be assessed from a photograph or a drive-by. So the job starts by getting on the roof and looking, and you get told what was found while it is still open and you can see it too.
Because the same contractor covers the outside and the inside, a job that crosses the boundary does not become two jobs. A leak that damaged a ceiling gets the roof fixed, the drywall replaced and the paint matched without anyone arguing about where their part ended.

Roof replacement and repair are the lead trade, not a line on a service list. The rest of the work grew out of it rather than the other way round.
One Contractor, Inside and Out
Victor M Garcia runs the work. Roof, siding, electrical, drywall, paint and flooring come from the same contractor, so a leak that damaged a ceiling does not turn into two companies disagreeing about where the job stops.
Quality Over the Cheapest Bid
The approach is to take the old material off and put new material on, rather than covering a problem and hoping. That is not the cheapest way to quote a roof, and it is the reason the work lasts.
